PENALTY RAISED AGAINST NOIDA SCHOOLS FOR RAISING FEE. BREAKS OTHER RULES..

Schools are allowed to collect the fees of the respective batches but can`t raise the fees of 2020-21. On, the guidelines issued by several schools in GB Nagar, Noida and Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar district administer said : -

       " Schools in Gautam Buddh Nagar can collect the fees of academic year 2020-21 but can`t raise the fee for the same".

Guidelines for Schools in GB Nagar/Noida/Greater Noida

He further clarified the confusion over the what to do or don`t in this regard: - 

what to do: - 

• School can collect academic fee for 2020-21.
• School should pay salary to their respective teacher without any fine.

Don`t : -

• School can`t raise their fee of academic year 2020-21 with respect to 2019-20.
• School can`t charge the transport fee during the lockdown.
• School can`t force parents to pay advanced fees.
• School can`t disenroll any student for not paying fee during lockdown period.

The penalty can be imposed on violation of orders : -

• Penalties on 1st time : - Financial punishment up to 1 lack.
• Penalties on 2nd time : - Financial punishment of 5 lack, with refund of excess fee received.
• Penalties on 3rd time : - Cancellation of the affiliation with the respective board.
